We accept returns or exchange due to any of the following reasons:
Non Food items
We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care orcleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. If you receive a defective product due to workmanship or material, please email us at admin@houseonthemoon.com.sg within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
Wrong item shipped/missing item
If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at admin@houseonthemoon.com.sg within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.
Food Items
Due to hygiene reason, we do not accept any return or exchange. Customers are advised to verify food items delivered and inform the delivery personnel immediately
