Dinner at House on the Moon.
Set dinner was booked with anticipation as we googled Chef Hüseyin Turan’s innovative pairing menu and plating creations. We were seated at the counter with full view of the entire team who put every ingredient nicely together with beautiful presentations. We were in awe with every dish that was served. The taste, plating, use of ingredients were fabulously executed. We were so overwhelmed and looking forward to his Spring menu which consists of mostly herbs.
Chef is very friendly and chatty who bothered to share his knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques. Price for set menu @$88 is very reasonable and pairing of 3 types of wines only at $38. Would definitely return again maybe next month. I am Chef Huseyin’s number fan now.

I would like to say it is really a memorable dinning experience at House On The Moon! I had a Valentines’ dinner. The food is so tasty and creative. When I first looked at the menu, I felt it was impossible to combine those ingredients altogether for a dish. But I was wrong. It is amazing! I also like the open kitchen concept where everything is transparent and chief’s skill is perfect!

Had an amazing lunch with the family.

The food was meticulously prepared, right in front of our eyes.
Overall taste was delicious, with some intense flavours highlighting each contrasting individual dishes.

We were worried that the portion might be too small, but it ended up just nice. However, the first dish, “Goodbye Ice Cream” can be slightly bigger or available as a double-portion. It was really nice, but gone in a bite.

Chef Hüseyin Turan and team was very friendly and engaging, explaining each dish to us and were genuine in ensuring that we had an enjoyable meal.

Thank you for the experience.
We’ll be back.

The service is impeccable. Staff are friendly and very meticulous in preparing our food. The flavours were intense and beautifully put together to create a symphony of sensation. Each bite was a moment to remember and brought me back to my childhood when my grandfather used to make the Bak Kuh Teh soup. The desert was incredible. The acidity of the raspberry in the Black forest desert was amazing, and paired really well with the taste of chocolate. The other deserts were really good too and I had an unforgettable experience there.

Absolutely fantastic food. Each dish was built around its own concept and the chef was pretty happy to talk about it. Even considering many of the dishes were inspired by things one would not normally eat, the execution was evocative, unique and delicious. The team was very accommodating to dietary restrictions upon request. Note the liquid pairing option includes both wine and tea and is not an either-or.

Portion size is a little small so this is not the place to stuff yourself, but highly recommended if you like art galleries that you can eat, think and talk about.

Vegetarian options: Default menu is vegetarian with add ons for meat eaters.

Dietary restrictions: Chef is accommodating and creative with dietary restrictions. Handled a no nuts/no prawns/no raw food meal with very effective substitutions.
