Tried their Christmas Dinner menu which featured six courses of savoury desserts. The desserts were really unique and refreshing, definitely something which cannot be found elsewhere! The food was very filling too and we were very happy with our experience.
We dined here last night for a date night. It was very special as the service, decor and the food were all amazing. We had the fruit gazpacho to start and it was so beautiful. It was sour cherry, with tomato, cucumber and capsicum and a drizzle of basil oil. Then we had the beef cheek stroganoff with pasta and the pork ribs with sour dough. The food is beautiful to look at and to eat, the meat is very tender, really good servings too. They do not skimp on the meat. The pasta is made fresh in the restaurant too. We tried two of the wines, the Sav Blanc and the Riesling and both were really good quality wines and also a good serving too. For desert, we shard the Cointreau, chocolate, nut butter and Panatone tart. So delicate and beautifully made. The chef and his team worked very hard to make it a special night for us and it is a great spot as you can sit at the bar and watch your food being prepared and it is a very elegant space, feels perfect for a date or special evening. We will come back to try the special deserts. And to also try the other meals. Definitely will become our regular.
Definitely one of the hidden treasures in the central Singapore, would highly recommend to give HOTM a shot if you guys are looking for an interactive environment to dine-in! Food is amazing and unique mix of asian fusion.
Great quality and service! Had their dark chocolate rum raisin tart and it was a lovely combination. The rum raisins were such a pleasant burst of surprise:) their other tarts were also beautifully made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for Christmas desserts!
Bought 2 tarts for takeaway last weekend – moonwalk (coconut) and chocolate. The tarts not only look pleasing but they taste great too. Would love to go back and dine-in one day so that I can order the more exquisite ones.
